See the world with your own eyes

At least since the middle of the last century it is known in science that there is no one truth. The one truth that calls the leaves of the tree green and the sky blue. The truth that recognizes aesthetics and can describe them and the truth that can put something seen into words. None of these examples can come up with an absolute truth.

Some may despair of this reality. And some may find the charm in this untrue reality. Green or blue, square or round? Besides colors, shapes play an important role. To what extent can shapes reproduce and associate what is known and learned? Is what we see the true reality or only an illusion?

Robin Cruise encountered questions of truth and reality at a young age. Since then, he has not let go of the subject. He is fascinated by the psychological and philosophical concept of truth and this he processes in abstract forms and colors in his paintings.
